If you don't get the desired results from our products, please contact to us first to make sure you are using it properly.

Refund Policies at businesses carrying Alywillow products:

Return Policies vary at each business that carries Alywillow products. You will need to request all refunds or exchanges at the location you purchased your products. Our products are different from other things you have used, so if you ever have any questions, contact the Alywillow Specialists that owns the business where your purchase was made.

Refund Policies for Online Retail Purchases and purchases made at Alywillow Headquarters:

  • Time Tables: If you purchase something and don't use it, we can exchange it within the first 30 days. Once you use a product, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Don't like the scent? Please smell your product before using it. If you don't like the scent, please don't use it. Instead, return it for something you like better. Once you use a product, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
  • Holiday Orders: All orders placed between Nov1 and Dec 25th can be exchanged or refunded by Jan 31st as long as the product is in new and unused condition.
  • Giving a Gift?  Just share your ORDER NUMBER and your name on the order to the recipient of the gift, along with our contact info. Then if they need to replace or the refund the product, we can work directly with them. 
  • The top of my bottle is broken. What do I do?  We are happy to replace the top on your bottle if it stops working. Just send us a quick photo of the bottle (via chat or email) and your mailing address, email and phone number. You can also place an order through this link.
  • If your product is damaged. Let us know, and we can help. We spend a lot of time working on tiny details to ensure you have the very best experience because we want you to enjoy everything.  Contact Us
  • Need to return it? If you purchase something and don't use it, we can exchange it within the first 30 days. Once you use a product, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
  • Not sure what you have? If you are not sure if you want a product, contact us prior to using it. Once you use a product, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
  • Do you have plant allergies? Our products are free of all synthetic ingredients and only contain plants and minerals, for this reason, many people with sensitive skin LOVE our products. However, if you have a plant allergy please review our complete list of ingredients and let us know which plant(s) you need to avoid BEFORE USING OUR PRODUCTS. Once you use a product, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
  • Have you had an adverse reaction (such as hives, rash, bumps, irritations, etc...) to one of our products you are more than likely allergic or sensitive to one (or more) of our plants.
    • It is helpful if you have an allergy report from your doctor. If you are unable to get an allergy report from your doctor, then consider our Field Testing (see below).
    • Review our complete list of ingredients and let us know which plant(s) you need to avoid.
  • Sensitive Skin Issues?  If you have ultra-sensitive skin issues, please purchase our THERAPEUTIC SAMPLE SET first. It includes small samples for you to try. This way you can identify what is best for you. Save these bottles for traveling... They are extremely handy!
  • If you don't get the desired results from our products, please Contact Us to make sure you are using it properly.
  • Our products are different from anything you have ever used before!
  • Our bottles must be shaken or flipped upside down prior to using.
  • Some products must be rubbed onto your skin to become effective (insect repellent and deodorants).
  • Our products are naturally preserved with a regular 2-year shelf life when proper temperature (under 80 degrees) and humidity are maintained.
  • AT OUR HEADQUARTERS:  Alywillow retail store has a "Try Before You Buy" program. This means everything is available in a tester so you can smell them and try them before you buy them.

FIELD TESTING: 

If you don't know what you are allergic to, schedule an appointment to Speak with Aliya, the founder of Alywillow. She will discuss your personal experience and help determine if we can avoid specific plants in your products so you can enjoy your experience with Alywillow. She will also create an Adverse Reaction Form for our records (we track adverse problems for our research, start a FIELD TESTING, and she can handle an exchange or refund if needed.

  1. FIELD TESTING requires two appointments.
    1. FIRST: You must schedule a private appointment with Aliya via phone or videochat to discuss your situation. She will determine which plants to send to you... for you to smell and touch.
    2. SECOND: Once your package arrives, you'll need a second appointment with Aliya so she can help determine with plant is causing the adverse reaction.
  2. We must be able to identify which plants to avoid so we can give you products that are free of that plant. Once we are aware of which plant(s) to avoid, you'll get a list of our products that are better suited for you so we can exchange your product for something more suitable. Otherwise, we will have to refund your money and you will be unable to use Alywillow products in the future.
  3. By using this system, you can continue to enjoy the marvelous benefits of all natural products, including Alywillow.
  4. These appointments can be scheduled throughout the year, but not in December.
