• One Bag Contains: 1 cups (48 tsp) of loose tea will make approximately 48 cups of tea.
• Directions:

1. Use 1 cup of very hot, but not boiling water to 1 tsp herb.
2. Steep for only 5-8 minutes and strain well. If desired, sweeten with a natural sweetener.
3. Drink hot or cold. This tea can be consumed every day.
