I love the island rain spray for my 11 year old son! He has been a fitful sleeper since he was a toddler. We even had a sleep study on him last year. i have sleeping problems since i was born, i am almost 65 years now and never got any help
but since i use island rain, i fall asleep within estimated half an hour (before 3-6 hours)

I bought Island for myself, it works like nothing else I’ve tried (herbs, melatonin, magnesium) and doesn’t take long for it to start working. My niece mentioned that she was having a hard time falling asleep and my sister has had the same problem for years, so I sent them some of mine to try. Both were very happy with it and said they will buy a bottle when they run out of the sample I sent to them. This is a great product when used correctly. I highly recommend it!

Make sure you are truly ready for bed. This stuff works great! I shared it with my sister after trying it out, and she loved it too. It provides a nice calming effect and then next thing you know, sleep is calling and then BAM its morning. 🤣. Great spray
Island Rain Plant Serum is awesome if you’re trying to relax and go to sleep. Spray all over and don’t forget the bottom of your feet. Rub and within 10 minutes you will have fallen asleep for the night. You realize how well it works when you wake up!

When I was 15 I was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder and I have constant anxiety attacks and manic episodes. I sprayed Island Rain on my wrist and pillow and I instantly feel like I have more control.
