Helpful Hints:

• Which product is best for intense pain?  When multiple layers are needed, I highly recommend LEVEL 3 as it is the lightest moisturizer and can be applied to the same area many times. 
• Moisturizer Levels 3, 4, & 5 all have the same amount of Minty Relief. The levels represent the increase in moisturizing effects, not the increase in Minty Relief. 
• At the sink! Everyone with arthritis in the hands will benefit from the UDC at every sink in their home.
• Hurting from head to toe? Washing in bars or UDC is great at the end of a hard day or to reduce full-body pain & inflammation.
• Localized pain or swelling? Moisturizers should be chosen when pain or inflammation is more localized.
• How do you choose between Riverflow and Minty Relief?
  1. Pregnant women, babies, and Children: use Riverflow.
  2. Use the scent test. Which scent does their body prefer? This will tell you which nutrients their body is craving. If the scent of Riverflow absolutely repels someone, they should use the Minty Relief instead.
  3. Do they want more wellness as well as pain relief (Riverflow) or do they just need relief from pain and swelling (Minty Relief).
