Alywillow is committed to the health of our environment. We feel it is our responsibility, obligation, and joy to proactively and holistically participate in the health of individuals, communities, and the environment in each choice and action we take.

GREEN ENERGY

As a buyer of Renewable Green Energy, Alywillow is supporting organizations that generate renewable energy. This green energy is electricity generated by renewable energy sources such as the sun, wind, water and organic matter. The resources are replenished by nature or from existing waste, such as a company that collects methane gas from a landfill and burns it to generate electricity. In this way, electricity for Alywillow is partly generated from renewable resources, instead of fossil fuel sources such as coal, oil and natural gas. We hope our attention to this matter helps build a healthier planet for the generations to come.

PACKAGING MATERIALS
  • 100% NATURAL: All packing materials at Alywillow come from recyclable, reusable, and/or natural materials.
  • SHIPPING BOXES: Your online order may arrive in a box with older labels or writing on it. This is because we aren't ashamed to reuse a box that has already been used. Please don't be offended. It's one of the many small ways we try to make a difference in the health of our planet. 
  • PACKING MATERIALS: Your online order may also contain newspaper, reused papers, or other reused packing materials. It is our attempt to never purchase new materials for something as trivial as packing materials. 
  • RETAIL BAGS: You may notice all our retail bags are 100% recycled kraft paper. Yes, we think fancy colored packaging is pretty, but not worth the environmental damage caused by bleaching, coloring, and waxing all that paper. 
  • PRINTING PAPER: We choose 100% recycled printing paper that was whitened without bleach, for all our printing needs.
  • 100% PACKING TAPE: Our packing tape is made from renewable sources and doesn't contain any petrol chemicals.
BOX RETURN PROGRAM:

This program simply enables our wholesale accounts to ship their empty product boxes and shipping boxes back to us, in large volume. The cost for this program is the same as buying new boxes, but because of this program we are able to reuse the same packing and shipping boxes over and over, reducing our energy footprint by over 40%.
