Return & Refund Policy

Because Alywillow products are made from only plants and minerals—without synthetics—proper use, individual sensitivity, and ingredient awareness matter. Please review the information below carefully before using your products.

Before Requesting a Return or Exchange

If you’re not getting the desired results, please contact us first. Many Alywillow products are unlike conventional products and may require different application methods. We’re happy to help ensure you’re using them correctly.

Purchases Made at Other Businesses

Refund and exchange policies vary by location. If you purchased Alywillow products from a third-party retailer, please request refunds or exchanges directly from the business where you made your purchase. If you have questions, contact the Alywillow Specialist who owns that location.

Purchases Made Online or at Alywillow Headquarters

Unused Products

  • Unused products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • Unused products and gifts ordered between November 1 and December 31 may be exchanged or refunded through January 31, provided they are new and unused.
  • If you’re giving an Alywillow product as a gift, please include the order number, purchaser’s name, and our contact information. This allows the recipient to contact us directly if an exchange is needed (unused items only). Exchanges or returns can then be handled discreetly.

Sensitive to Scents or Ingredients?

Please smell your product before use. If you do not like the scent, do not use it. The scents of our products come solely from the plants used in each formula and a strong dislike or reaction to a scent may indicate a sensitivity to one or more plants in the product.

If this occurs, please contact us for an exchange before using the product.

Used Products

No Refunds. Once a product has been used, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

No Exchanges. Used products are not eligible for exchange, except in the cases listed below.

Exceptions...

    • Products that need replacement parts or show a manufacturing fault.
    • When an adverse reaction occurs and the customer completes the Field Testing process to determine which products are safe for them to use in the future (see Plant Sensitivities & Adverse Reactions below).

Damaged or Defective Items

Broken bottle tops will be replaced at no charge. Please send a photo of the bottle along with your mailing address, email, and phone number.

If a product arrives damaged, please send photos of the product and the shipping box it arrived in, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Plant Sensitivities & Adverse Reactions

Alywillow products are made exclusively from plants and minerals. If you have known plant allergies or sensitivities, please review our full ingredient lists before use and let us know which plants you need to avoid. Once a product has been used, refunds are not possible.

Had an Adverse Reaction?

An adverse reaction (such as rash, bumps, or irritation) may indicate that your body is responding to one or more specific plants—not to natural products as a whole. Understanding which plant caused the reaction is essential before continuing to use botanical or natural products of any kind.

Avoiding all natural products is neither practical nor necessary. What’s needed is understanding. If you have an allergy report from your doctor, that information can be helpful. If not, we offer a guided process called Field Testing to help you gain clarity.

Field Testing:

If you’re unsure which plant caused your reaction, or if you’ve experienced sensitivity to one of our products, Field Testing is designed to help you find a safe and informed path forward.

While we cannot diagnose allergies, Field Testing allows for careful, one-at-a-time exploration of individual plants in a controlled setting. This helps identify which plants your body does not tolerate, so you can make informed choices—not only with Alywillow products, but with natural products in general.

Without this planning, it may be difficult to safely use natural products in the future.  Field Testing requires an appointment, as proper pacing, observation, and guidance are essential.

In-person visits are best, allowing for guided Field Testing and personalized support, but phone and video consultations are also available for additional guidance.

The goal is to offer thoughtful, individualized guidance—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and respect for your body, while continuing to benefit from the natural world.
