Returns and Exchanges:
IIN OUR STORES: Every Alywillow store offers our "Try Before You Buy" program. This means everything is available in a tester so you can smell them and try them on your skin to see if you like them before you buy them. If you purchase something and don't use it, we can exchange it within the first 90 days. Once you use a product, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you have an adverse reaction to one of our products, you are more than likely allergic or sensitive to one (or more) of the plants. Please review our complete list of ingredients here and let us know which plant(s) you need to avoid. If you are unaware of any allergies, you should visit your doctor for proper testing. We also offer field testing at our headquarters in Raleigh, NC. This is when we bring each plant out individually to see how your body responds to it through scent and touch. We must be able to identify which plants to avoid so we can give your products that are free of that plant. Otherwise we will have to refund your money and will be unable to send any more products to you. Once we are aware of which plant(s) to avoid, you'll get a list of our products that are better suited for you so we can exchange your product for something more suitable. This way you can continue to enjoy the marvelous benefits of natural products.
INTERNET PURCHASES: Our products are different from anything you have every used before! Our bottles must be shaken or flipped upside down prior to using. Some products must be rubbed onto your skin to become effective (insect repellent and deodorants). If you don't get the desired results from our products, please contact to us to make sure you are using it properly. Our products are free of all synthetic ingredients and only contain plants and minerals, for this reason, many people with sensitive skin LOVE our products. However, if you have a plant allergy please review our complete list of ingredients here and let us know which plant(s) you need to avoid. If you have ultra-sensitive skin issues, please purchase our SAMPLE PACK first (available starting Feb 2020). It includes small samples for you to try as well as a GIFT CARD to use for your future purchases. If you have an adverse reaction (rash, bumps, irritations, etc...) to one of our products you are more than likely allergic or sensitive to one (or more) of our plants. You must be able to identify which plants to avoid so we can send you products that are free of that plant(s). Otherwise we will have to refund your money and will be unable to send any more products to you.
