Exfoliating vs. Polishing Your Skin

Think of exfoliating as polishing, not scrubbing. Your goal is to remove old, dead skin cells—not to damage the fresh, healthy layers underneath. Be gentle, like a feather’s touch. Over-exfoliating can cause micro-abrasions that make your skin more vulnerable to acne, bacteria, and premature aging.

Directions:
Wet the loofah with warm water and gently glide the soft side over your skin in small circular motions. Rinse your face and the loofah afterward, squeeze out excess water, and set your bar on the loofah to dry.
