Directions for using ISLAND RAIN MEDICINAL PLANT SPRAY:
For anxiety, stress, and panic attacks:

Shake the bottle well and spray into a cupped hand. Then, cover your nose and mouth with your cupped hands and inhale.

Some prefer to spray their face directly and inhale the mist.

Remember to breathe deeply and repeat up to 10 times if needed. However, please be aware if you do it more than 3 times, you may get very sleepy. In that case, don't drive or operate equipment or anything else that could be dangerous when drowsy.
For more restful sleep:
- First, shake the bottle well and spray into a cupped hand. Then, over your nose and mouth with your cupped hands and inhale deeply 3-10 times.
- Many of our customers prefer to spray this onto their skin to allow for dermal absorption. This works too. You can also spray directly onto your face, chest, neck, or feet.
- And, the scent is so pleasant that many customers enjoy spraying their pillows and sheets.

There are no sulfates, no parabens, no phthalates, no paraffin, no gluten, no propylene glycol, no alcohol and no mineral oil. No DEA and no DEET.
