My Native American teachers would refer to bites, stings, & infections that cause searing pain, burning, and swelling as ‘fire in the body. So Fortify has been created with a blend of “killer plants” that offer powerful antimicrobial properties, burning away many toxins, bacteria, fungi, and viruses.

Every bottle of FORTIFY comes with a detailed flyer to guide you through its many uses and recipes. One of the most important things to remember is this: if you're applying Fortify directly to your skin, always follow it with an Alywillow moisturizer or oil—never with water, lotions, or anything water- or alcohol-based.

Fortify is meant to be part of a natural care routine. If symptoms are severe or persistent, please consult your doctor, as these signs may indicate a more serious condition that requires medical attention. DisinfectNOW is a diluted, ready-to-use form of FORTIFY. You can refill your DisinfectNOW bottle using 2oz of distilled water and 10 drops of FORTIFY.

1. Disinfect your air: To purify your air, put several drops on a tissue and place it in your A/C or heat vent. You can also use FORTIFY in a diffuser. Dilute FORTIFY in a spray bottle with water, or use DisinfectNOW and spray into the air. Use 10 drops for every 2 ounces of water.
2. Colds & flu: Put a couple of drops directly on the soles of your feet or your chest, and then cover with any Alywillow moisturizer. You can also diffuse Fortify as part of your normal routine. Paradigm is our new Cold and Flu treatment that contains Fortify and offers a broader spectrum of protection.
3. Foot Fungus: Add a drop or two of FORTIFY directly to fungal areas, then cover with any Alywillow moisturizer.
4. Sanitize Clothing: Add 10-20 drops to your laundry cycle.
5. Sanitize Shoes: Add 1-2 drops of FORTIFY onto cotton balls and insert into your shoes while you sleep. Alternatively, spray them with DisinfectNOW and allow them to dry before wearing again.
6. Bee & Wasp Stings / Fire Ant Bites / Spider Bites / Cat Scratches: Apply 1-2 drops directly to the affected spot, then follow with an Alywillow moisturizer. FORTIFY helps reduce local pain, burning, swelling, and irritation associated with many bites and stings. For spider bites, including bites believed to be from black widow or brown recluse spiders, consistent topical use for several days may be helpful for the local irritation—but always seek prompt medical guidance for a suspected venomous spider bite. FORTIFY is not a substitute for medical treatment or antivenom when indicated.
7. Infections: If possible, apply FORTIFY to the skin directly above the affected area and cover with a moisturizer. If you cannot touch the skin in that area, spray DisinfectNOW directly onto it.
8. Ticks: If a tick has already bitten, apply a drop of FORTIFY to the spot. Continue applying it to the bite area for a few days to help reduce associated itching, swelling, pain, and irritation. To help deter ticks and spiders before exposure, add 20 drops of FORTIFY to your NATIVE-SHIELD before application. You can also use DisinfectNOW as a ready-made tick-and-spider spray on skin, face, hair, clothing, and shoes.
9. Disinfectant: Use 10 drops of FORTIFY to refill your DisinfectNOW bottle. This alcohol-free spray is suitable for use on your face, hands, clothing, and surfaces.
10. Bedsores: Wash and moisturize with WARRIOR daily. DisinfectNOW may be sprayed directly on problem areas; FORTIFY can be used as a concentrated spot application where appropriate.
11. Abscess, Boils, Carbuncles, & Cysts: Add 1-2 drops of FORTIFY or GoAway to the spot and then follow with a moisturizer.
12. ITCHY SKIN: Continued daily use of the appropriate Alywillow formulas can help comfort itchy skin. FORTIFY may be used as a concentrated spot application when appropriate.
13. Warts: Use FORTIFY and/or GoAway on the affected area as a spot application, then cover with a moisturizer.
14. Complicated Acne: Use FORTIFY or GoAway as a spot treatment for persistent and painful bumps, followed by the appropriate Alywillow moisturizer. Normally Level 3 or 4 in Warrior or Sagerow.

15. After a tick or spider bite: Apply 1 drop of FORTIFY directly to the affected spot to fight the toxin, then follow with any Alywillow moisturizer. Minty Relief and Riverflow are best, as they help relieve pain and swelling, too. This traditional topical use helps calm local pain, burning, itching, swelling, and irritation around the bite. For stubborn bites, consistent application for several days may be needed as the local irritation settles. Our traditional use of FORTIFY has included topical support for painful spider bites, including bites believed to be from black widow and brown recluse spiders. In these situations, FORTIFY is used only to support the local bite area and irritation. It is not a treatment for venom or systemic venom situations.

16. Preventing Tick & Spider Bites: Add 20 drops of FORTIFY to one bottle of NATIVE-SHIELD, our bug repellent, and shake well before use. This strengthens NATIVE-SHIELD to also fight ticks and spiders. If you aren't concerned with other bugs, then use DisinfectNOW. It is created from the FORTIFY formula and is available in a ready-made spray bottle. Use it on skin, face, hair, and clothing to help deter ticks and spiders.

If your body has a negative reaction, such as difficulty breathing, watery eyes, or itchy skin, you may be sensitive to or allergic to one of the plants in the formula. In this case, do not use FORTIFY and contact us.

• Stop the burn: FORTIFY can burn healthy skin if applied directly. Follow spot application immediately with a thin layer of any Alywillow moisturizer or oil. Never use water to dilute a concentrated spot after application.
• Avoid your eyes: Keep FORTIFY away from the eyes. If exposure occurs, pour vegetable oil or another gentle kitchen oil directly into your eyes and seek medical attention if irritation persists for more than a few minutes. Under no condition should you use water. Fortify acts as an oil, and water will only spread it around.
• Venomous spider bites: Traditional topical use of FORTIFY may support local comfort after a bite, including bites believed to be from black widow or brown recluse spiders, but it does not neutralize venom and must not delay medical care. Seek prompt medical or Poison Control guidance for suspected venomous spider bites. Important: Black widow and brown recluse bites can cause serious effects beyond the skin. If you know or suspect you were bitten by either spider, seek prompt medical or Poison Control guidance even if you are using FORTIFY topically. Worsening pain, muscle cramping, weakness, fever, nausea, difficulty breathing, blistering, darkening skin, or tissue breakdown require medical attention.
• Emergency Situations: In potentially dangerous situations, always seek emergency medical care. FORTIFY may be used topically while appropriate care is arranged, but it is not a substitute for medical treatment.
