What is skin fungus?

  • First, most skin fungi are highly contagious and they are very common. Yes, you can pick up a skin fungus by touching skin to skin with someone who has one, or touching something they have touched (workout equipment, shopping cart, clothing, shoes, hats, clothing, etc...).

DON'T: Use creams or pastes

DON'T: Wear synthetic fabrics.

Instead, choose natural fibers that allow your skin to breathe. 

DON'T: Stay sweaty

If you start sweating,

  • You may need to wash and replace your clothing so that your fungus doesn't spread faster.
  • You can also spray your clothing with DisinfectNOW, this is especially easy for items you don't wash often, like bras.
  • Make sure to use 20 drops of FORITY into each load of laundry. You can do this by adding these drops to any dark or medium toned items. Or put it on a bottom of a sock and through it into the laundry.
  • It's also best to eliminate all laundry detergent and just add 1/3 cup of baking soda directly into the washing machine instead.

DON'T: Skip a day of washing your body!

and DON'T STOP For at least 6-9 months.

Getting it out of Your Clothes and Shoes
