Using StarLight Massage:

• Skin: Shake well and squirt it into a clean palm. Then rub on. One squirt is often enough for your entire arm. A little goes a long way, but your goal is to cover your entire body so your body gets a full download of the formula. This formula is designed for use in or out of the sunshine. Be kind to your skin

• Please try to stop using all other creams, cleansers, and soaps on your skin. Not only will you not need them, but you should not put things on your skin that are full of synthetic or harsh chemicals.
• Remember, your skin is semi-permeable. Meaning many of the things that touch it can affect it. It also needs to breathe, so whenever possible wear natural fibers such as cotton and bamboo clothing.
• Drink plenty of real water (not carbonated or artificially flavored) and follow these 10 Steps to Healthy Skin.
• If the medication you are on hasn't cleared your skin of psoriasis completely, then ask your doctor about trying the STARBRIGHT SET for at least one month to see if you notice any improvement. We usually can't clear it in one month, but it should feel much better. If you keep following the directions we can usually clear it over time.
