How to Use:

1-2 times a day: Spray 2-5 squirts of Swish-Swash Oral Wash into both sides of your mouth and swish it around. Then, gently brush your teeth for 2 minutes with the enclosed SOFT bamboo toothbrush.
At least 1x a day: Allow one Himalayan Mineral Salt Pellet to melt in your mouth and then use your soft bamboo toothbrush to massage your gums and clean your teeth for 2 minutes.
Spit it out: It isn't harmful to swallow these food-grade ingredients, but we think it's best to spit them out as your body just doesn't need the waste and bacteria from your mouth.
Alternate Toothbrushes: To prevent bacteria buildup, use one toothbrush in the morning and another in the evening. Always allow your toothbrush to DRY COMPLETELY before using it again (preferably 24 hours), and replace your soft toothbrushes with every third bottle of Swish-Swash.

Other Oral Care Tips

Many things can be done to improve the health of your teeth. However, if your pain or infection continues, you may need to seek the help of a doctor.

PAIN & INFLAMMATION: Apply Alywillow’s Minty Relief products to the outside of the mouth and throat, reapplying every 5-10 minutes until pain relief is achieved.
INFECTIONS: Apply a few drops of Alywillow’s FORTIFY to the outside of the mouth and reapply 2-3 times a day until the pain is reduced.
STRONGER TEETH: Himalayan Mineral Pellets remineralize teeth and help reduce bacterial issues and infections. Just put a pellet into your mouth and let it melt. Then, swish the salt solution around your mouth for a few minutes and spit it out when finished.
PLEASE FLOSS: Although Swish-Swash gets in every crevice and space, you should still floss as particles can become stuck between your teeth.
ABOUT OTHER TOOTHBRUSHES: Many toothbrushes are too hard or fast and can damage your teeth and gums. We do not recommend electric toothbrushes; we highly recommend soft bristles, not medium or hard ones.

With an uncommonly high nutrient load (vitamin C, calcium, iron, arginine, magnesium, B vitamins, phosphorus, potassium) and some of the highest known levels of EFA (Essential Fatty Acids) in the plant world - hemp seed oil adds a plethora of vitamins to the mouth and teeth and even offers natural anti-inflammatory properties.
Organic Sunflower Oil - Unrefined, virgin, and organic, our sunflower oil's high level of oleic acid combined with a rich Vitamin E content contributes to a highly stable ingredient resistant to oxidation. With a slightly nutty flavor, sunflower oil reduces plaque buildup on teeth. Vitamin E also helps your gums heal more quickly, staying infection-free.
Himalayan mineral salt - wild-harvested, the ancient seas of the Himalayan mountains provide a clean source of minerals for safe, daily remineralization of our teeth.
Organic Xylitol - Our xylitol is fermented from organic, non-GMO corn cobs. It's well known to inhibit the growth of Streptococcus mutans bacteria (the primary cause of tooth decay) by up to 90%, preventing new cavities.
