SWISH-SWASH ORAL WASH is oral hygiene reinvented to give you everything you need for healthy gums and teeth - and nothing you don't.

How to Use:

At least 1x a day: Spray 2 squirts of Swish-Swash Oral Wash into both sides of your mouth and swish it around. Then, gently brush your teeth for 2 minutes with the enclosed SOFT bamboo toothbrush.
At least 1x a day: Allow one Himalayan Mineral Salt Pellet to melt in your mouth and then use your soft bamboo toothbrush to massage your gums and clean your teeth for 2 minutes.
Spit it out: It isn't harmful to swallow these food-grade ingredients, but we think it's best to spit it out as it contains waste and bacteria from your mouth that your body just doesn't need.

Other Oral Care Tips

Many things can be done to improve the health of your teeth, however, if your pain or infection continues, you may need to seek the help of a doctor.

PAIN & INFLAMMATION: Apply Alywillow’s Minty Relief products to the outside of the mouth and throat, reapplying every 5-10 minutes until pain relief is achieved.
INFECTIONS: Apply a few drops of Alywillow’s FORTIFY to the outside of the mouth and reapply 2-3 times a day until the pain is reduced.
STRONGER TEETH: Himalayan Mineral Pellets remineralize your teeth and help reduce bacterial issues and infections. Just put a pellet into you mouth and let it melt. Then, swish the salt solution around your mouth for a few minutes and spit out when finished.
PLEASE FLOSS: Although Swish-Swash gets in every crevice and space, you should still floss as particles can become stuck between your teeth.
ABOUT OTHER TOOTHBRUSHES: Many toothbrushes are just too hard or fast and can cause damage. We do not recommend electric, medium, or hard toothbrushes.
OUR TOOTHBRUSHES: Our SOFT bamboo toothbrushes will wear out and need to be replaced with each new bottle, but they also decompose.

Cold pressed ORGANIC oils of hemp seed and sunflower, water, wild-harvested Himalayan mineral salt, organic vegetable glycerin, and Alywillow's Warrior formula (organic & therapeutic grade essential oils). FLUORIDE-FREE, ALCOHOL-FREE, & CHARCOAL-FREE. There are no synthetic chemicals, no detergents, no abrasives, no synthetic fragrances, no synthetic colors, and no other artificial ingredients. There are no sulfates, no parabens, no phthalates, no paraffin, no gluten, no propylene glycol, no alcohol, and no mineral oil.
