Like many of Alywillow products, GoAway was created out of a need. You see, my son contracted MRSA (a type of staph) at just 3 years old, and over the course of 9 months it became very apparent that the doctors had no real way to stop it. He would get these large painful red swollen boils full of pus on his legs and thighs, and they kept coming back.

Not only was he suffering, we were in and out of the hospital every 3 months having the new outbreak lanced them, and then starting another round of antibiotics. He continued to have outbreaks. On the list of suggestions provided by the doctor was that we wash him in bleach in the bathtub! Not a chance! 

I had to find a solution that would work, or he would spend his life getting his skin cut open and drained, experiencing horrible pain and irritation, getting bleach baths, and taking ineffective antibiotics! And honestly, exactly how long could he continue to live like this before these infections and destructive medications consumed his little body? My child’s life was threatened, and I felt helpless. Once again I turned to the plants and asked for help.

It was my sheer determination to save my son that helped me create a product that is now referred to as GoAway Plant Serum. When I first started applying it to his large boils, we would look at that red swollen area and together we would yell at it to “go away”… and you know what? It did.

Directions for Use:

• Be gentle with yourself: Always use a Elemental or Therapeutic product first if they are able to provide relief. Ask us and we can guide you to a more gentle option for you to try before using GoAway.
  
• Do not mix with water. Do not apply to wet or moist skin and do not wet the skin for 10-15 minutes after application.
  
• Application: This is a spot treatment. Use a cotton swab to apply directly onto the area of concern. Do not put it on your finger or your healthy skin.
• Avoid the Burn: Always cover it with a thin layer of an Alywillow moisturizer or a carrier oil (e.g. sunflower oil). If you do not do this, you may feel a burning sensation after a few minutes. It will stop if you apply a carrier oil. 
• Reapply: Reapply to the area of concern every 6 hours until no longer needed.
• Continued health: Wash and moisturize daily with our Warrior products to help improve your skin’s health.
