How to Use FEATHERAY

💚 WASH
Begin with clean hands and a freshly washed face. Use one of our moisturizing cleansing bars for the shower or a foaming UDC cleanser at the sink. Choose the cleanser that feels most supportive for your skin type and preferences.

💚 TONE
Apply your favorite toner to refresh the skin and prepare it for nourishment. Those with drier skin often enjoy BALANCE, while others may prefer HARMONY or PHOENIX based on feel and preference.

💚 FEATHERAY
Use FEATHERAY morning and evening.

  • Always melt it first. Scoop a small amount and warm it between your ring fingers until it softens completely. This step is essential for smooth, even application. 
  • How much to use: An amount about the size of a grain of rice is enough for both eyes. About three grains of rice is typically sufficient for the eyes, face, and neck. FEATHERAY is highly concentrated, so a thin layer is best.
  • Apply gently. Once melted, lightly tap around the eyes and across the face, neck, chest, and hands as desired. Tapping is more gentle than rubbing and encourages mindful, kind contact with the skin. Touch lightly, like a feather.

💚 FINISH
Finish with your favorite spritzer, or choose one that feels especially supportive for your skin’s current needs. GypsySun is often reached for when skin has been exposed to sun, wind, or time and needs deeper comfort.

Ingredients and Natural Variation

Alywillow products are made only from real plants, minerals, and natural waxes, without any synthetic ingredients. Because of this, texture, color, and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch, especially when temperatures fluctuate during shipping or storage. Some batches may feel more textured or slightly grainy. This is a sign of a truly natural product, not a sign that anything is wrong. The formula's nourishing role, integrity, and overall experience remain the same.

Regardless of texture, always remove a small amount from the jar and melt it between your fingertips before applying. Once warmed, FEATHERAY becomes smooth and spreads easily across the skin.

Optional Texture Reset (If Desired)

If you prefer a smoother consistency, FEATHERAY can be gently reset at home. Place the closed jar in a warm environment, such as an oven set no higher than 100°F, just until the contents soften. Remove carefully and stir gently to blend evenly, taking care not to come into contact with hot oil. Allow the jar to cool and set undisturbed for one to three days. This gentle process can help restore a smoother texture while preserving the natural integrity of the ingredients.

Amazing stuff!

I received some of this as a sample, and I am HOOKED! I'm 52 and have been looking for a product that I could use under makeup and with the LED light therapy dome I have. Absolute LOVE

As a sufferer of rosacea and a licensed cosmetologist I have tried many, many products. With the combination of skin care products from Alywillow I am seeing significant improvements in the redness and texture of he rosacea in my cheeks. I am using Featherray both morning and night as part of my cleansing routine. Not only is my rosacea diminishing but so are many of the fine lines around my eyes!

Magic cream

I have been using Featheray since the day it was released, I use just a small amount like it was suggested and it truly last about 9 months. The fine lines around my eyes are minimal…my forehead and smile lines have been softened. Also, using a tiny bit in my hair to help manage the unruly curls.

Works Wonders for My Undereye Bags!

Let me start by saying I have very sensitive skin so I'm skeptical about anything that goes on my skin. That being said, I have used Alywillow products for years so when Featheray was introduced, I was the first one in line. Undereye bags are an inheritance in my family and since I don't wear makeup concealers don't work. When I tried a small amount of Featheray under my eyes, the results were amazing. The puffiness was vastly reduced. Since it worked so well there, I tried it on the lines around my lips (a by-product from being a former smoker). After a period of time, even those lines grew softer and have almost disappeared. I love Featheray and it's just one of a growing number of Alywillow products that I use daily. Turns rancid after limited use

Too thick and too expensive.

Hi Megan, Perhaps you were expecting Featheray to be like other eye creams. We do things differently here at Alywillow. We actually designed Featheray to be highly concentrated so you could cover your entire face with the amount that is about the same size as two grains for rice. And we put enough in the jar so you can do this every day, for a year. However, since we use ultra-pure and gentle ingredients (for the eye region), we can’t add our regular plant preservatives (and we don't use synthetic ingredients or preservatives). This means Featheray only has a one-year lifespan. We know Featheray isn't like any other eye cream on the market... but we weren't trying to imitate others. Instead, we developed it to give you something that would make a real difference in the health of your skin without poisoning you with the harmful ingredients that most eyes creams contain. I couldn't find a record of your order in our system, but if your jar aged out before it was a year old, please contact us so we can replace it. Also, we can send a flyer that will help explain how to use and enjoy the product or you can schedule a free consultation with one of our team members. We really want you to be happy. This eye treatment is wonderful! It glides on around the eyes(I use around my mouth too) and feels nice. Use very little as recommended!

Best eye cream I've ever used

This eye cream is amazing. I've been on the hunt for an eye cream that would really make a difference in the skin around my eyes. I'm 52 and the skin has gotten a little wrinkled over years; not deep wrinkles but definitely wrinkled, thin and sometimes puffy. I can see a difference with this cream. I use it every night and morning, although I'm more careful to use even less in the morning. It soaks in quickly. I've even taken to using it under my chin and on my neck at night. A little goes a long way. I hope to try some other products.

A Little Goes A Long Way

A fantastic product. After I wash my face (with AlyWillow soap), I put a tiny dab of Featheray Firming Eye cream around my eyes (using my ring fingers, of course). I let it “do it’s thing” by soaking in. Then I continue the face routine 😉. I have been using this product for two weeks and I notice a significant improvement. My skin has LIFE, if that makes sense. A reviewer said Featheray is greasy. Not so. The consistency is perfect for what it has to do. I use it morning and night and I haven’t put a dent in the amount of product in the jar. A little goes a long way.

Very disappointed!

I don't like the way it feels; it makes my skin very greasy. From the reviews & accolades I was expecting to at least see some improvement. I see no difference. I hate that I wasted my money when I have another eye cream for less than half the cost that I like much better!

First, our products are very different from anything you've ever tried before and they require a different type of use than other products. For instance, the Featheray Firming Eye Creme is a highly concentrated formula and you only need to use the tiniest bit. I’m pretty sure if you just use less, you'll see it easily spreads to cover the entire eye area and will not leave an oily feeling. Check out the photo in the listing to see the proper amount to use. If it continues to be oily, you're using too much. You can either spread it to other areas of the face (for fine lines and wrinkles) or just use less.
