Refund Policies at Businesses Carrying Alywillow Products:
Return policies vary by location. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please request refunds or exchanges directly from that location. Our products are unique, so if you have any questions, contact the Alywillow Specialist who owns the business where your purchase was made.
Refund Policies for Online Retail Purchases and Purchases Made at Alywillow Headquarters:
- Time Frames: Unused products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Used products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Don’t Like the Scent? Please smell your product before use. If you don’t like it, do not use it—return it for something you’ll enjoy instead. Once used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Holiday Orders: Orders placed between November 1 and December 25 can be exchanged or refunded through January 31, provided they are in new, unused condition.
- Giving a Gift? Share your order number and name with the recipient, along with our contact info. This allows them to contact us directly for an exchange or refund if needed.
- Broken Bottle Top? We're happy to replace broken tops. Just send us a photo of the bottle, along with your mailing address, email, and phone number. Or order a new top through this link.
- Product Damaged? Let us know and we’ll help resolve the issue. We put great care into every detail so you can enjoy your experience. Contact Us
- Need to Return It? Unused items may be exchanged within 30 days. Used products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Unsure About a Product? Contact us before using it. Once used, it is not eligible for return or refund.
- Plant Allergies? Our products are made from only plants and minerals—no synthetics. Review our complete list of ingredients and let us know of any plants you need to avoid before use. Once used, refunds or exchanges are not possible.

- Sensitive Skin? Please start with our Therapeutic Sample Set. These travel-size bottles help you find what works best for you before purchasing full-size products.
- Still Not Seeing Results? Contact us to confirm you're using the product properly.
- Our products are unlike anything you've used before!
- Shake or flip the bottles before each use.
- Some products (like insect repellents and deodorants) need to be rubbed into the skin to activate.
- All products are naturally preserved and have a 2-year shelf life when stored below 80°F with low humidity.
- At Our Headquarters: Our retail store features a "Try Before You Buy" program. All products are available as testers so you can sample them first.
