    I'm happy we have this BOX recycling program and happy for all of you who are participating too!

    When you order this item, we will process a RETURN so you receive an email with a return label. These return labels are for your large 16x16x16 boxes only. From now on, we will refer to this as your BIG BOX. In order to keep this program cost-efficient, please follow these guidelines...

    Filling your BIG BOX:

    • Collapse all your small boxes (6x6x6 and 7x7x5) and pack them tightly into the BIG BOX. Please only send back Alywillow boxes. They are perfectly sized so we can reuse them over and over. We are not able to use other boxes in the same way. Do not send boxes of other sizes or from other companies; only Alywillow boxes.
    • You can also collapse the other 16x16x16 boxes and put them into the BIG BOX. Just fold all the flaps inwards and fold it up.
    • Do not leave any empty space in your BIG BOX. Pack it as tightly and as full as you can.

    Please do not send these things, as we are already reusing or recycling materials.

    If you wish to send them back, so we can reuse them, please help pay for the shipping.

    • Do not send wrapping paper or stuffing materials. Please reuse or recycle.
    • Do not send random cardboard pieces. Please reuse or recycle.
    • Do not send the wood chips back. They decompose easily and can be thrown out or reused in your own gardens and yard.
