Gums Matter, Too: Using a soft-bristled toothbrush, gently massage your gums for two minutes morning and evening. This simple step supports circulation and comfort without irritation. Hard bristles, aggressive brushing, and electric toothbrushes can do more harm than good. I strongly recommend soft bristles only.

How to Use

1–2 times daily
Spray 2–5 squirts of Swish-Swash Oral Wash into both sides of the mouth and swish gently. Then, using a soft-bristled bamboo toothbrush, brush your teeth gently for approximately two minutes.

At least once daily
Allow one Himalayan Mineral Salt Pellet to slowly dissolve in your mouth. Once dissolved, use your soft bamboo toothbrush to gently massage the gums and clean the teeth for about two minutes.

Spit it out
All ingredients in Swish-Swash are food-grade, and small incidental swallowing is not considered harmful. That said, we recommend spitting after use, as the mouth releases waste material and oral bacteria that the body does not need to ingest.

Alternate toothbrushes
To help minimize bacterial buildup on toothbrushes, we recommend using one toothbrush in the morning and another in the evening. Always allow toothbrushes to dry completely between uses (ideally for 24 hours). Replace soft toothbrushes approximately every third bottle of Swish-Swash.

Organic Hemp Seed Oil

Cold-pressed and organic, hemp seed oil has been studied for its role in supporting gum comfort and oral balance. It contains an unusually broad nutrient profile, including vitamin C, calcium, iron, arginine, magnesium, B vitamins, phosphorus, and potassium, along with some of the highest known levels of Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) found in plants. In oral care research and traditional use, these nutrients are believed to help support tissue resilience and comfort, and hemp seed oil is frequently cited for its naturally occurring anti-inflammatory properties.

Organic Sunflower Oil

Our sunflower oil is unrefined, virgin, and organic, selected for its high oleic acid content and naturally abundant vitamin E. Our xylitol is fermented from organic, non-GMO corn cobs.
