Simply shake the 4 oz bottle, spray, and breathe deeply to slowly inhale the vapors. The key for Island Rain is in how much you use. Take 1-3 deep inhales of the formula for stress and anxiety. For Insomnia, take 3-10 deep inhales. Everyone's biochemistry is a bit different, so the number of inhales will depend on your sensitivity to the formula. For some, it could be 4 deep inhales and for others it could take 10 deep inhales to peacefully fall asleep.

- To use, you can spray the spritzer on the face and inhale... or spray into your cupped hands and cover your face with your hands, enjoying a deep inhale. Close your eyes before spraying your face.
- If you desire a better feeling, repeat 1-3 times. Be careful, too much and you might get sleepy!
- If you desire to sleep, repeat from 3-10 times.
- Feel free to spray the formula onto your sheets or pillows and rub onto the skin of feet for further sleep assistance.
