• Why is the scent, color, and texture different? By their very nature, plants vary from harvest to harvest. Since our products are made from plants, you will sometimes notice variation in color, scent, or texture. This is completely normal and expected. • Highly Concentrated Care: Our Level 5 Moisturizers are incredibly rich and concentrated (as they don't contain any fillers, just solid moisturizers). To use, start with a small amount (about the size of a green pea), and rub it between your palms until it melts into a smooth, luxurious oil. Then, apply it to your skin with clean hands and massage it in thoroughly for maximum absorption.
• For Your Skin: This moisturizer is fabulous for your skin! It deeply hydrates, restores, and protects, offering nourishment that leaves your skin soft, supple, and glowing. Start with a little (size of a green pea) and rub it between your hands to melt it. Then apply it to your skin (with clean hands) and rub in well.

• For Your Nails: When applying Level 5 to your body, don’t forget your nails! Rub a little extra into them to deliver a boost of nutrition that will strengthen and fortify them over time.

• For Lubrication: This moisturizer is safe enough to be used anywhere on your body to reduce friction, even in intimate areas. However, do not use Minty Relief for intimate occasions as it is naturally reduces swelling and desensitizes feeling. Also, if you experience itching in sensitive areas, we recommend using our Wildwood Level 3 or Level 4, or Warrior formulas instead.

My Skin is So Dry and Cracked That I Need Something Strong! Level 5 Moisturizers are your answer, but if your skin is cracked open, then it is very damaged and you'll need to follow these guidelines for success:

• Start with a spritzer:Spray your skin to help hydrate it first. This will allow your skin to absorb the moisturizer more effectively. Warrior, Firefly, Lemon Laughs, and Sagerow Spritzers are a good options as they have antibacterial benefits, which aids in tissue repair.
• Less is more: After spritzing the area, apply Level 5. Just remember, LEVEL 5 is concentrated, and a little goes a long way. Use enough to cover your skin— and rub it in well. If you feel a greasy residue, you've just used too much. Spread it around better and use less next time.
• Rub it in well: Make sure to rub it into your skin until you can't feel any residue. As your skin heals, it will start to absorb the moisturizer faster and better. Then, you'll need less of the spritzer in order to achieve good absorption.
• Frequent application at first:Initially, use at least twice a day, but every hour or two would be best. Spritz first, then apply the moisturizer. As your skin improves, you can apply it less frequently—just ensure to use it in the morning and evening to maintain healthy skin.
• Avoid greasiness: LEVEL 5 should never leave you feeling greasy. If it does, you're using too much, and your skin isn't absorbing it properly. Use smaller amounts at more regular intervals.

Alywillow products are made only from real plants and minerals and without synthetic ingredients. Because of this, some batches may feel slightly more textured or grainy, especially when temperatures fluctuate during shipping or storage. It’s a sign of a truly natural product, not a sign of anything “wrong” with the product. Please rest assured: the therapeutic benefits and effectiveness are exactly the same. Regardless of the texture, we recommend you remove the product from your jar, melt in your hands, and then rub on your body. Natural products can respond differently from batch to batch. If you desire, you may be able to smooth the consistency at home. This gentle process usually restores a smoother texture while keeping all the nutrients intact. Directions: Remove the lid and place the jar in an oven warmed to 100°F - wait until the contents gently melts. Stir well to blend everything evenly, being careful not to get the hot oil on your skin. Cover and refrigerate for 1–3 days until it resets.
