Helpful Hints:
- Inform your customers: Sometimes when people ask for scent-less products it's because they are allergic or dislike synthetic fragrances. So, make sure to let them know our scents are only coming from the plants in the products and no synthetic fragrances are added. I've had many so-called sensitive customers realize they can use our Therapeutic products... and what a joy that is!
- Hypersensitives: If a customer says their skin is sensitive or they have reactions to other items, you may want to start them on Unscented. However, if you have some testers nearby, try them out. Read more here... Sense of Smell. We actually INSIST on them trying testers or sample soaps before using anything besides Unscented. Otherwise, they could be hurt or might request a future refund. Hang a sign that says "Try before you buy" to reduce potential returns. After all, that's why you have so many testers.
- No Essential Oils: The UNSCENTED products do not contain any essential oils. They are made with the simplest plants, however, some people are allergic to aloe vera, shea butter, and other simple vegetable oils - so always review the Ingredient List with them and send us a list if necessary.
