• Skin: Shake well and spray into your clean, cupped palm. Then spread it onto your skin, rubbing it in completely. It only takes a little bit—1-2 sprays can usually cover your whole arm. You can use it from head to toe! Safe for body, face, and even helps detangle coarse hair.
